Buckingham Solutions is a bespoke investigative and change management consultancy delivering independent, high-quality, confidential support to organisations operating in complex and sensitive environments.
Who We Are
Our consultancy is staffed by fully vetted, retired senior police officers, supported by an administration function. The capability is scalable with access to high quality, trusted associates who are personally known to the management team.
What we do - Investigations
Our investigative capability has extensive experience in overt and covert investigations, covering the full range of criminal investigations and a wide range of civil and employee-relationship matters. We can work collaboratively or fully independently, depending on the brief, specialising in disciplinary and misconduct issues, discrimination, safeguarding, grievances, and broader workplace or staff-related concerns. Our products include staff surveys, victim, witness and subject interviewing, onboarding interviewing where potential risk is identified, evidential investigative reports with either recommendations (including corrective actions), findings of guilt or hearing procedure bundles (which we can either lead or support). We also support clients through the review, development, and implementation of policies and related equality impact assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate potential future risk.
What we do - Change Management
Our management consultancy capability supports the development and establishment of corporate strategies, tactical options and operational delivery of a variety of people and procedural tasks, supporting our clients with a range of ancillary and connected products, including performance frameworks, engagement and communications plans in addition to programme and project plans to shape and direct timely delivery. Like our investigative services, our change management services are fully scalable, so we can do as much or as little as you'd prefer.
